Once a month over the summer, our church likes to hold an event called Theology by the Glass. It used to be held at various locations around Winnipeg once a month and it was a fun thing.
Covid Times Covid Measures
Once we got to the Covid lockdowns we were looking for an outdoor space to have it in and as part of that we’d had our backyard done and so I’ve been hosting it pretty well since 2020. It was a more involved affair where we would have it try to have it any month it was good weather but it’s really basically down to just having it in July and August when we can count on the weather being at least manageable without undue cold or rain and things like that.
I also got in the habit during the lockdowns, because I had no gigs, of playing for half hour beforehand and I still do that to this day.
