Ok back on track. Out before lunch and fished till 4:30. I went back to Rennie’s Mill River but started where I left off two days ago.
This amazing water had another level of awesome.
1. There is a nice park to walk through.
2. There are stairs down to the river!
3. There was a beautiful waterfall with trout jumping!
I thought it was slow as I did not catch fish right away. But I use my camera as counter. I take a picture of each fish, big or small. By the end I caught 21 fish. And 2-3 times that in hits.
Then back out to eat.
We were meeting my wife’s high school friend and her husband.
The restaurant chosen was Bernard Stanley Gastropub. Unlike the Fish exchange, everything at this place was great an they had my favorite beer Gahan Blueberry Ale. The service was a bit slow so I was too hungry to take photos.
We finished with a trip to the top of Signal Hill to take photos of the harbour and the city.
