Once again I was asked to play in St Benedicts Tables worship music setting this time as a bass player. I brought my Fender Squire 5 string bass and I use their amp it’s a real simple setup. The only effects I used were compression and a tuner which is nice for my usual working a little bit harder than I need to.
I was trying to get my uke bass up and running, as the leader on this particular evening was playing ukulele, but I got more work to do on that. It’s a weird little instrument a 5 string short scale uke bass with those rubber strings I do want to get it going it kind of sounds cool but looks cooler
