On this date I was playing guitar. Also in the group was a percussionist who played trumpet, a couple of singers a bass player and a piano player. So it was a fairly large group and always always lots of fun!
the gear I chose was my trusty Ibanez AFJ 957 I use my Game Changer Audio Plus Pedal and a Game Changer Audio Bigsby Pedal into my Roland Jazz Chorus 40 it’s a really really nice sound and very sweet!
I rented the Roland Jazz Chorus when I was on the east coast last summer to take with me to the Martin Taylor Guitar Retreat in the Catskill Mountains of New York I didn’t really need that much of an amp for that and the one gig I had in Halifax had already returned the amp to Long & McQuade’s by that point so I didn’t really need it but I fell in love with it and bought one the minute I got home.
