Once again I had the pleasure of leading the Silver Heights afternoon jazz here in Winnipeg. I do it about once a year and it’s turned into a regular thing that I do during March break. I have the time I don’t have to cancel any students to do the gig and it’s just up the street from my house. I try to do tunes that everybody else isn’t doing and a wide variety of time feels and ideas. Always a good time always an appreciative and knowledgeable crowd.
